3. When Location Tracking Occurs
• Location tracking is active only during official work hours as defined by the employee’s schedule or company policy. • Tracking is automatically disabled outside of working hours or after punch-out.

• Authorized personnel (e.g., managers, HR, or operations staff).

• During working hours, employees may not disable tracking unless explicitly authorized (e.g., approved leave or after punch-out).
